Though all meals are prepared high quality, clean, and healthy ingredients, dinners may contain meat and/or gluten. Our soups and salads are all vegetarian. Additionally, substitutions may occur the day of as supply chains have been severely interrupted during this pandemic. Sorry for any inconvenience. Additionally, if you order a dinner subscription the day of delivery, your subscription will begin the following week.

Dinner: Our dinner will always include a protein, (either animal or fish), a grain (such as rice, quinoa, etc.), and a vegetable.
