Though all meals are prepared high quality, clean, and healthy ingredients, dinners may contain meat and/or gluten. Our soups and salads are all vegetarian. Additionally, substitutions may occur the day of as supply chains have been severely interrupted during this pandemic. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Dinner: Our dinner will always include a protein, (either animal or fish), a grain (such as rice, quinoa, etc.), and a vegetable.
